We Signed Up for the Wrong Amount of Credits on the Plan

On the Performance Plan, credits are prepaid at the start of each billing period. The plan starts at $15 for 25,000 credits, and there’s no upper limit on how many credits you can purchase.

What Happens If You Run Out of Credits?

If your activity exceeds your prepaid amount during the month, our system will automatically trigger a refill when your remaining credits hit 0%. Each refill adds 25% of your original credit package, with a minimum refill of 25,000 credits.

Adjusting Your Credit Package

If you signed up for too few or too many credits, you can adjust your package at any time to better align with your usage.

If You’re Receiving Frequent Refill Charges

You may need to increase your credit package to match your typical monthly usage. This helps minimize refill charges and ensures smoother usage throughout the billing cycle.

To estimate the right amount:

  1. Compare the “Credits” listed on your Plan Overview page with the “Total Credits” listed on your Plan Usage page.

  2. If your usage consistently exceeds your purchased amount, consider increasing your package.

To update:

  • Go to your billing portal by clicking “View and Configure Plan” on your Plan Overview page.

  • Adjust your credit package.

  • Refill amounts for the rest of the month will reflect your new package, and your next billing cycle will begin with the updated amount.

If You Purchased Too Many Credits

If you’ve overestimated your needs and have accumulated unused credits, you can reduce your credit package the same way.

Note: Unused credits roll over and remain valid for up to 12 months from the purchase date.

To keep your plan active, your subscription must include at least one credit package (25,000 credits) renewed each billing period.
