Overview
CircleCI does not offer refunds for purchased credits.
As outlined in Section 8(b) of our Terms of Service, all payments made to CircleCI are non-refundable. This applies to credits purchased under our usage-based pricing model, regardless of whether they have been used.
Why we don't offer refunds
CircleCI operates on a usage-based model where credits are consumed as your pipelines run. Because credits are made available to your account immediately upon purchase, we're unable to issue refunds once a transaction is complete.
Managing your plan is your responsibility
CircleCI is designed to give organizations full control over their own accounts. As an org admin, you have direct access to manage your plan, adjust your subscription, and cancel your account at any time on your CircleCI UI page.
This means that if your team is moving off the platform, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription and plan before your next billing cycle. CircleCI does not automatically cancel accounts due to inactivity, and charges that occur because an account was not cancelled in time are not eligible for a refund.
