Before You Begin

Before deleting your user account, please ensure you have canceled any paid plans first.
To cancel your paid plan on CircleCI, refer to the Cancel your Plan section in this article.

Note that this is about deleting personal data. 
To close organizational accounts, please submit a support ticket.

Deleting Your User Account

Head over to https://privacy.circleci.com/circleci-2 , and click on Delete my data

Please enter your first name, last name and email address.

Next, enter the email address that is linked to your CircleCI user account.

Note: For users who sign in to CircleCI through their Bitbucket or GitHub account, please use the primary email address associated to your Bitbucket or GitHub account here.

You will receive an email from Privacy (privacy@circleci.com). You will need to confirm you email address in order to complete your data deletion request
