The CircleCI Help Center gives you direct access to your support history — no need to dig through emails or contact us to find an old ticket. This guide walks you through how to get there.
What You'll Need
A CircleCI account at app.circleci.com
A few seconds to sign in
Steps
1. Sign in through app.circleci.com
Start at app.circleci.com and sign in with your CircleCI credentials. This authenticates you across CircleCI, including the Help Center.
2. Navigate to the Help Center
Once signed in, go to support.circleci.com. You'll arrive already authenticated and ready to access your ticket history.
3. Find your tickets
Go to My Tickets. You'll see every ticket you've submitted, along with its current status and full conversation history.
4. See your whole team's history
Good news — if you're a registered user on a CircleCI organization account, you have access to your entire organization's ticket history, not just your own. That makes it easy to check on a ticket a colleague submitted or pick up where someone else left off.
How far back does it go?
We've brought over 18 months of ticket history into the Help Center — more than most support portals provide. If you're looking for something older than 18 months, just submit a ticket and we'll help you track it down.
Troubleshooting
