SSO enabled but does not work as expect

Overview

Single sign-on (SSO) for CircleCI allows organization administrators to control access for their CircleCI organization using an Identity Provider (IdP). This article provides troubleshooting steps to check when you encounter the following error message during setup.

Point 1: Check your domain is used for other organizations

Please confirm that the domain which you want to set to your organization is not used for any other organizations.

 

Point 2: Toggle IdP authentication state bypass

If your IdP does not support returning authentication state parameter from the callback request to CircleCI, please enable the Enable IdP authentication state bypass.
