How to Upgrade from the Free Plan to the Performance Plan

Ready to unlock premium features like increased concurrency, faster builds, and access to support? You can upgrade your organization from the Free Plan to the Performance Plan in just a few steps.

Who Can Upgrade?

Only organization admins can upgrade to the Performance Plan.
If you're not an admin, reach out to someone in your organization with admin access to complete the upgrade.

How to Upgrade

1. Log in to the CircleCI web app.
2. From the sidebar, go to the Plan section.
3. Click on Plan Overview.
4. Under the Upgrade to Performance, select the Customize your credits and user seat.

5. In the Input Amount of Credits Manually section, you can enter the number of credit packages you would like. Each package costs $15 and provides 25,000 credits. As you enter the number of packages, the price and credit total will update on the right-hand side.

6. Complete the checkout process to activate the plan.

Once the upgrade is complete, your organization will have access to all premium features included in the Performance Plan, including usage-based billing and advanced configuration options.
