Move from No Support to Starter Support
CircleCI offers Support levels with our usage plan types to meet your needs for services and support. Here are the steps to upgrade your current support plan.
Self-serve Upgrade to Starter Support
If you are on our Performance plan and would like to upgrade to Starter Support, ask your team’s organization administrator to:
- Navigate to your Plan Settings page within CircleCI
- Click "Customize your support package"
- "Add" Starter Support
Upgrading to Standard, Advanced, and Premium Support Plans
If you are on an annual contract, such as a Scale or Server Customer, you can contact your Technical Success Manager; or open a ticket with Customer Success to request a plan upgrade.
