How To Upgrade Your Support Plan?


CircleCI offers Support levels with our usage plan types to meet your needs for services and support. Here are the steps to upgrade your current support plan.

Upgrading to Starter Support from Free Support

If you are on our Performance plan and would like to upgrade to Starter Support, ask your team’s organization administrator to: 

  1. Navigate to your Plan Settings page within CircleCI
  2. Click "Upgrade to Starter Support"

Upgrading to Standard, Advanced, and Premium Support Plans
