"Access to was denied"

This error can occur if you were previously logging into the Support Center and your cookies or cache becomes stale. If you encounter this error while attempting to log in to the CircleCI Support Center you will need to clear your cache and cookies in your browser. 



To fix this:

  1. Enable third-party cookies. For more information and instructions about enabling it on most common browsers, see here.
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. For instructions, see Clear cache and cookies.
  3. Retry the request.

After enabling third-party cookies and clearing your cache, the login request should succeed.
