Credit Card Billing Failed Message

If you’ve received a credit card billing failed notification, it means that a recent payment attempt was unsuccessful.

To resolve this:

  1. The admin on the account should log in to the CircleCI UI.

  2. Once logged in, they will see an “Overdue Balance” message at the top of the dashboard.

  3. Click “Pay Now” to update the payment method or retry the payment.

Note: Billing issues can affect your service, so we recommend resolving overdue balances as soon as possible.
