Can I switch from credit card to bank transfer or purchase order on a month-to-month plan?

For customers on CircleCI's month-to-month Performance plan, credit card is currently the only accepted payment method. This means a valid credit card must be on file to pay for the minimum $15 Performance account fee.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch from credit card billing to bank transfer, purchase order, or ACH debit transfers while remaining on a month-to-month plan.

For customers interested in alternative payment methods such as purchase orders or bank transfers, CircleCI offers an annual Custom plan. However, this plan has specific requirements:
- A minimum annual commitment of $21,000.
- A minimum of 100 active users.

If you don't meet these requirements but are looking for more flexible billing options, you may want to consider CircleCI's Prepaid Billing option. This allows you to purchase credits in bulk at discounted rates while still using a credit card for payment.
