We recently experienced an issue in the month of September that specifically affected the prepaid billing setup of our Performance Plan. This issue resulted in an incorrect pricing adjustment, negating the discount associated with your prepaid billing credit purchase. We understand that this likely caused confusion, and we sincerely apologize for this.
Issue Resolution
After thorough investigation, we have identified the root cause of this issue and it has been fully resolved. To rectify this, a refund equivalent to the discount that should have been applied to any affected payments has already been issued.
Refund Process
You can expect to see the refund reflected in your bank account within 5 -10 business days.
