Now

The Now column represents features and improvements that are currently under active development by the CircleCI team.

  • The projects in this section are not idle or planned but are actively being worked on.
  • Just because a feature is listed under "Now" does not necessarily mean there is a confirmed release date for it.

Next

The Next column represents features and improvements that are in the discovery phase, meaning they are being studied and prepared for active development.

  • Features in this category have grabbed the attention of the product team and are on the priority list for the next round of development and prioritization.
  • Although these features are expected to be prioritized, there isn't a specific timeframe or schedule associated.

Future

The Future column provides insight into the type of features and improvements that CircleCI is considering for future development.

  • It is important to note that being listed in the "Future" column does not guarantee that a feature or improvement will be acted upon.
  • Items in this column indicate that the team is considering these projects, but they are not yet in the discovery or development process.

Released

The Released column is where you will find all features and improvements that have been completed and released.

  • Check this column to keep up-to-date with what's new in CircleCI.
  • This is where you'll find features that are ready for you to use. To learn more about each feature, how it works, and if there are any plan-specific limitations, visit the CircleCI changelog.
