These changes can only be made by an organization's admin. To help identify your organization's admins, please reference the articles below:
How do I update my credit card?
- From your CircleCI UI landing page, click into the Billing tab.
- Scroll down to the Payment Details section, click Edit.
- From here, you can self-serve and update credit card information and billing address information.
- Select Confirm Changes once complete.
How do I update my billing email?
- From your CircleCI UI landing page, click into the Billing tab.
- Scroll down to Billing Email section, select Edit.
- From here, you can self serve and update your billing email.
Where are my billing statements?
From the CircleCI Dashboard, navigate to the Billing tab. Once selected, billing statements will appear.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your UI, navigate to the Billing tab. At the bottom of the page select “Looking to cancel your plan?” . Then follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.
