CircleCI has added significant feature enhancements to our self-serve plans. Our Free & Performance users now have access to faster build times, larger resource classes, additional features, and more concurrency for free users — see more details here.
One of the additional changes existing customers will see is how the support plans are named. The metallic names (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) are going away in an effort to reflect more logical tiering and make space for a new, incoming plan level for our enterprise customers. For all current customers, the most important thing to note is that while the plan names have changed, the level of service you will receive has not. The table below serves as a helpful guide to illustrate the differences between the old and new plan names moving forward.

Again, please note that your support plan service level has not changed. If you are on a contracted, annual plan, you may still see the legacy names until your renewal date.
