Troubleshooting notification emails not coming to a secondary email address

If you are not receiving success/failed email notifications on your secondary email address.

First, check that the default email and the email for the project you are checking have the secondary email selected on the Notification Settings page.

Solutions

1. Ensure your secondary email is verified on the VCS (GitHub & Bitbucket).

2. Once the email is verified, refresh your permissions from the user settings.

Outcome

The emails should now be sent to the correct email address.

If you are still facing the issue, please submit a ticket to CircleCI Support.
