Notification Emails Not Coming to a Secondary Email Address

If you are not receiving success/failed email notification on your secondary email address even after selecting it in the "notification settings" page (https://app.circleci.com/settings/user/notifications), please check the below things:

 

1. Make sure your secondary email is verified on GitHub.

2. Once the email is verified, refresh the permission from the user settings.
