Notification Emails Not Coming to a Secondary Email Address

If you are not receiving success/failed email notification on your secondary email address even after selecting it in the "Notification Settings" page (https://app.circleci.com/settings/user/notifications), please follow these steps:

 

1. Ensure your secondary email is verified on the VCS (GitHub & Bitbucket).

2. Once the email is verified, refresh your permissions from the user settings.
