[Server 3.x] Change password for Replicated management console

Overview

Server 2.x and 3.x use the KOTS Replicated Console which is no longer used in Server 4 as it is a full helm install, unlike previous versions.

Note: This article does NOT apply to teams using Server 4.x

 

How to change password for Management Console on CircleCI Server 3.x

To change the password for the CircleCI management console on Port 8800:

  • Make sure you are connected to your Kubernetes cluster
  • Run: kubectl kots reset-password [namespace]
