Troubleshooting Log In
If you are unable to log with email and password and a password reset email isn't coming through, you might actually have an account through Bitbucket or GitHub OAuth.
To log in with your Bitbucket or GitHub OAuth accounts, navigate to https://circleci.com/vcs-authorize. You will see two buttons that say "Log in with GitHub" and "Log in with Bitbucket Cloud".
Select the option for the VCS you are using, and follow the prompts to grant any necessary access.
